- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Intermediate (10+2) + Typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour. Computer certificate desirable. Pay Scale: Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100)
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Intermediate (10+2) + Hindi/English Typing (30 w.p.m.). Computer certificate desirable. Pay Scale: Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 – 63,200)
- Stenographer: Graduate + Hindi Stenography (80 w.p.m.) + Hindi/English Typing (30 w.p.m.). Computer certificate desirable. Pay Scale: Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100)
